The application seeks Permission in Principle (PiP) for residential development of up to 9 mobile homes on the site.
Residents Meeting – Thursday 2 July
Bramley Village Hall
6.30pm–7.30pm
Background
Permission in Principle does not approve the detailed design, layout or technical aspects of development. Instead, it considers whether residential development on the site is acceptable in principle. If approved, a further application for Technical Details Consent would be required before any development could proceed.
The Parish Council is aware that residents may have questions regarding the proposal and therefore wishes to provide an opportunity for residents to understand the application and discuss the planning process.
Residents may wish to review the application documents and, if they wish, submit comments directly to Waverley Borough Council through the planning portal.
The consultation deadline is 13th July 2026.
The residents meeting on 2nd July will provide an opportunity to:
- Discuss the planning process and next steps
- Raise questions and share observations on the proposal
- Inform Bramley Parish Council's response to the application
- Understand how residents can engage with the consultation process.
We Encourage any resident with an interest to attend.
Kind regards,
Bramley Parish Council
